Our client, an integrated communications agency, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the teams and the clients and get involved in projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Plan and scope projects, manage critical milestones, resources and budgeting etc.
• Advise clients on digital landscape and project related issues.
• Manage all third-party vendors for efficient and effective execution, within budget.
• Stay updated on new and innovative digital solutions, policies and technology to propose new thinking and inspire the team.
• Prepare any client presentations and team briefing documents, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, design specifications etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 2+ years’ working experience in project management, preferably from a creative / digital agency or technology firm.  Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior Project Manager.
• Good knowledge and experience in a client-facing role.
• Good network of vendors/suppliers including developers.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
• Solid understanding of the documentation essential to all digital projects such as scope of work, project brief, functional specifications, user acceptance tests, timelines
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, both Chinese and English.
• Positive, self-motivated, organized, problem-solver, flexible, proactive, can-do attitude, detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
