Responsibilities

• Conduct production schedule planning and ensure daily production is running smoothly and efficiently
• Prepare weekly / monthly forecast for all branches
• Coordinate with other departments for material preparation with refer to the production schedule and validation arrangement
• Prepare monthly reports for production analysis
• Ensure sufficient and functional equipment and stocks for daily production use
• Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks to the production team

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in major in food science or Logistics
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in operations administration management, preferably in manufacturing industry. QA experience will be an advantage
• Strong Mathematic skill and computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel function and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates who have less work experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
