As part of a team, a young and energetic reservation executive needed for a very busy wholesalers.
- Handle requests by e-mail from agents from all over the world
- Ask availability from contracted hotels & resorts / or prices if non contracted.
- Send selling price offers to clients including all items requested with no mistakes
- Follow up with clients to secure booking
- Book the requested hotels and resorts.
Many bookings will require land services to be costed from our data base or sourced from local partners.
There is definite promotion prospects for the right candidate.

Languages skills needed are: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

MUST have experience in offline hotels & tours reservations and customer service

Good package offered  including Medical Insurance, 18 days annual leave, 5 working days a week and 13th Month pay. possibility of bonus.
