Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

L’Occitane Hong Kong Office & Stores IT Infrastructure Project Management

  • Management of Hong Kong office and stores IT infrastructure projects
  • Assist Regional Senior Infrastructure Manager to implement projects based on IT infrastructure strategy
  • Gather business requirement from stakeholders (business users, application teams…) for new projects
  • Implement and deliver the optimal services to users on predefined schedule plan

Evaluation of new technologies

  • Take initiative to explore the new infrastructure technologies in the market to improve user experience
  • Regularly review the existing user workplace solutions and service and recommend an enhancement
  • Coordinate with solution vendors to arrange PoC to find out the best design to improve work efficiency
  • Improve the operation efficiency by replacing the obsolete services with better product technologies

Vendor Management

  • Build good relationship with vendors/service providers to adopt the best solution to enhance our services performance
  • Manage the vendors to work out the solution proposals to meet business requirement for management review
  • Responsible for liaison with vendors to obtain the best offer for every project

IT Budget

  • To meet the management’s objective, recommend IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX) for Hong Kong Office and stores
  • Manage the projects to be completed within the budget plan

User Workplace Services Operations and Support

  • To handle telephone and email enquiries and provide on-site support services for Hong Kong office, VIP users and stores
  • To contact end-users and assist in arranging project roll-out schedule
  • Hands-on support and troubleshooting for general office automation system (e.g. O365, Microsoft Outlook, MS Windows Client & Mac OS, MS Office, Mobile apps, MDM, other PC software and hardware covering Laptop/Mobile device/Phone/Printer
  • To perform software and mobile apps deployment or upgrade on computers and mobile devices
  • To perform provisioning / deprovisioning of user account, computers and mobile devices
  • Hardware, software license inventory management to ensure the record is up-to-date and accurate
  • Coordinate and support on-site/offsite business event
  • To support store new store opening/closing
  • To support the end to end IT infrastructure procurement process

Infrastructure security support

  • Follow the company security policy to ensure the security protection of information systems
  • Work with related teams to set up and deploy security hardening

 Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Information technology experience including hands-on experience with Win 10, MS Office, O365, Workspace One, Intune solutions
  • Solid experience in Win 10, MS Office, O365, Workspace One, Intune solutions. Experience in IT security is an advantage
  • ITIL, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate will be an advantage
  • Good communication & presentation skill. Proactive to handle/solve the problem independently
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
