Responsibilities:

 * Lead and provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;

* Supervise the team to ensure service delivery on time;

* Manage server, database and network infrastructure;

* Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver the project deliverable;

* Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner;

* Review the incident sequence, root cause, remedial action & preventative measure to provide constructive suggestion to ensure the preventive and qualified follow-up action in place and on track;

* Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

* Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;

* 7-8 years’ or above working experience in IT support role, with at least 3 years in team leader experience;

* Proficient in supporting PC/ LAN/ WAN, systems and applications;

* Proficient in advanced networking - (Configure Router, Network Switch, Firewall);

* Proficient in managing Microsoft OS and Hypervisor environments and server applications such as MS AD, MS Exchange and VMware;

* Good communication skills, self-motivated, work independently and keen on learning;

* Able to work independently and handle multiple projects;

* Immediate available is highly preferred.
