DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with business stakeholders and project managers to assist in implementation of solutions and other technologies to support business strategy and opportunities.
• Contribute in cross-functions strategic studies by evaluating digital and technology applications on how these could benefit internal operations commercially and technically or act as new service offerings, with well-substantiated recommendations to meet expectation of stakeholders.
• Produce regular reports and updates on project status to business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs, and project deliverables.
• Responsible for committed timelines and deliverable throughout projects.
• Produce management information to support the Head of IT in leading the department.

POSITION Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline or comparable knowledge/ experience in technology related field.
• At least 8 years experience of project management, team supersivion, and  handling large scale projects – Infrastructure, applcaitions, and Cloud service. 
• Previous experience in NGO & setting up PMO are compulsory. 
• Holder of PMP, ScrumMaster, and ITIL certification would be an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure in vague and fast growing environment.
• Communicates (both orally and written) effectively with the senior executives, stakeholders, & other technology teams.
