Ewell is a young and energetic Healthcare IT Solutions cooperation, located in Hong Kong Science Park, providing smart healthcare and IoT solutions in Hong Kong and China regions.

Our mission is to create the most effective and professional high-end healthcare IT solutions to the market. We aim to integrate our healthcare IT solutions by our research and innovate on the latest healthcare IT technologies, so as to improve workflow efficiency, increase patient engagement, enhance clinical and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

-Support Project Manager to ensure projects can be accomplished on time at high quality fulfilling professional standard;

-Provide project management support including timeline, project tracker, status updates, issue logs and process flows;

-Assist in documentation including of architecture design, system flow chart, functional specification, technical specifications, UAT checklist, user manual and etc;

-Review project progress end-to-end to ensure milestones, key deliverables and objectives are met;

-Collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth orders fulfilment process, e.g. SDLC, system deployment;

-Verify the project outcome to assure quality of deliverables along SDLC;

-Manage tools such as MS Project, MS Visio and etc for both activate and inactivate on-going projects;

-Provide ad-hoc support to other related tasks;

 
Requirements: 

-High Diploma or above in Business, Health Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;

-Interested in health care industry or IoT solution;

-Experience in IT, software development and implementation will be an advantage;

-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;

-Good attitude and willing to learn;

-Good in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is preferable;

-Fresh Graduates are also welcome;

-Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Business Analyst
