Responsibilities:

• Responsible for rack/cabinet and cooling technical support
• Responsible for handling quality issue, provide products and engineering solutions
• Report to Sales Manager

Requirements:

• High diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in engineering field.
• Good knowledge & use of compute MS office and office IT settings.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, self-motivated, eager to learn and service-oriented.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
