Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for IT infrastructure maintenance and network support
2. Ensure stability and performance of IT operation and systems
3. Provide deskside and mobile devices support services to end users
4. Work closely with vendors to provide hardware and software solutions
5. Coordinate with Beijing and Shenzhen offices for routine IT infrastructure maintenance
6. Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc IT projects

1. Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
2. Minimum 2 years experiences in IT infrastructure support preferably in financial industry
3. Solid experience in PC hardware, Office 365, VC Equipment, Windows Server, Active Directory administration, network security, VPN, Virtual Machine
4. Experienced in server / network / firewall configuration and implementation
5. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills with team spirit
6. Candidate must be independent, responsible and proactive
7. Good command of written and spoken  English, Cantonese and Putonghua
