Data Management team
Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs to prepare data input & reports specification for system development
• Working experience in business intelligence and data analytics, SQL and relational databases, as well as working familiarity with databases, such as MSSQL
• Design, development and troubleshooting on Power BI reports and Dashboards
• Performance tuning on data, data extract/transform/load (ETL) development
• Prepare system integration API between the systems
• Computer Skills prefer:
  ETL Tools: Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or any related tools
  Reporting Tools : Power BI, Tableau
  Database: Stored Procedure (MS SQL Server), PL/SQL or any other type of database (MySQL, Oracle…etc)
  Microsoft Excel

System team
Responsibilities:

• Take lead in planning and implementing IT projects for Wharf’s investment properties in Hong Kong and China
• Ensure all phases of the projects are well planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality
• Handle the project full cycle include identifying user requirements, performing feasibility study, recommending and selecting potential vendors, allocating manpower and resources, carrying out user acceptance test as well as conducting post project evaluation 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Holder of project management certificates (e.g. PMP/Prince 2), information audit/security certificates (e.g. CISA/CISM/CISSP) or relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experiences in project management, vendor management and system implementation
• Proven knowledge of web and mobile app development, cloud computing, workflow system, property management system, HR system, database management or BI system will be highly preferred
• Experienced project leader with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
