Duties:

• Conduct product briefing and training session to improve fintech products
• Design & execute product strategy to achieve product growth
• Prepare internal and external product-related documents for both the service operation team and customers to explain services offerings and execution details
• Design & execute product strategy to achieve product growth
• Work closely with other business stakeholders to define and advocate Fintech product roadmap, strategy and user stories for the digital transformation projects
• Handle ad hoc tasks & projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline in financial or banking industry
• Minimum 8 years work experience in business analyst and product management
• With experience in the formulation and implementation of product plans
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and result-driven
