Job Description
Executive Summary:
• Hong Kong Listed Company in luxury retails with strong presence in Greater China
• Key project manager to lead the local BA team for digital transformation/CRM/ERP projects
• Large-scale company size: over 10,000 ppl. and 870+ retail shops globally; HK as the HQ with over 1,000+ staffs including 60 in IT department (strong in-house applications team)

Major Responsibilities:
• Report to CIO to lead ongoing review of business processes and develop optimization strategies and facilitate the discussion and negotiation of requirements amongst stakeholders
• Being a good leader and liaison between IT team and business units to initiate and implement the digital transformation projects lifecycle
• Able to lead internal BA team and provide guidance and training to ensure ongoing development and refinement of the KPI and broader performance framework to measure and drive business strategies
• Establish standardized and efficient business framework to meet business needs
• Compile business models and system knowledge, quantify potential business benefits, and provide inputs into business roadmaps, and major business processes
• Analyze, translate, organize and document user requirements and specifications
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:
• Degree holder in Information System, Business or other related discipline
• 10 years or above related experience, experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain management
• Strong people management ability and great project management who able to communicate with the top managers well
• CRM/ERP/POS experience is a strong plus
• Good experience in business requirements, process improvement and solution workshops
• An analytical mindset with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin a must
• Proficiency in BPMN, SQL or relevant
