• Be the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor.
• Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges
• Own and manage significant customer accounts
• To be accountable and be responsible to achieve agreed Key Account targets and KPIs
• Manage the demand forecast for key accounts
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
• To execute promotion, availability and visibility plan for Key Accounts
• To facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

The Successful Applicant

• University graduate or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Key Account / Modern Trade channel experience in Food / FMCG is preferably
• Experience in dealing with retail trade, catering, food service, and institutional clients as a salesperson is preferably.
• You must be a strong individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must be proactive, a good team player, responsible and innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result.
• You must have a high level of communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
