Job Description
Our Client, a Japanese electronics company is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties:
- Support the daily operation of Trade, provide training to newly join staff
- Review the procurement contract and internal control and report to the management
- Liaise with internal depts. in internal control and follow up the processing checklist
- Monitor the documents circulation internally and update to management
- Ad hoc project
- Good Japanese (N2), English and Mandarin
- Diploma graduate with relevant experience
- With procurement, logistics experience is preferred
- Good Excel, Word and PPT skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized and proactive typ
