Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and update inventory database with current product pricing & specifications ;
• Monitor and maintain supplier catalogues ;
• Produce pitches and marketing and presentation materials ;
• Update company website and other social media platforms with latest product information, promotions and activities ;
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends and brand awareness ;
• Initiate surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication ;
• Review customer’s feedbacks and implement necessary changes ;
• Organize events, exhibitions and promotion activities ;
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to develop new clients and business ;
• Source of products ;
• Ad hoc job duties, or other marketing duties as assigned

 Requirements :

• Good communication skills, meticulous, attention to details when analyzing product specifications and pricing ;
• Good numerical ability and be independent, highly organized and self-motivated ;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese ;
• Competent in MS Office, ERP system, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator ;
• Experience in organizing event and exhibitions ;
• Immediate availability is preferred
