Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations by working closely with customer service, logistics, production and marketing teams
• Supervise and monitor oversea customer service agents to hit key performance metrics
• Provide regular feedback to management by analysing customer data, addressing customer issues, identifying potential problems, etc
• Develop a deep and data-driven understanding of customer profiles and behaviours for client reactivation and other promotional initiatives
• Automate CRM activities and provide relevancy to one-to-one personalization
• Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune flows, segments and messages

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• At least 1+ year of hands-on experience in Customer Service / CRM
• Detail oriented with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Mature, self-motivated, good team player who is able to flourish in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a MUST
• Candidates with e-commerce and consumer goods experience are preferable
