• To efficient development of training programs 
• To identify training needs of the organization and review effectiveness of training programs. 
• To source, manage and coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of training solutions to meet business needs.
• To manage other training related project.

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Result-oriented, excellent client servicing mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Solid knowledge and experience in all aspect of learning and development including training needs analysis, course design, delivery and evaluation of course effectiveness. 
• Strong customer oriented mindset, able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and facilitation skills
