Our client is one of the major insurance companies with a banking background, dedicated to providing customers with comprehensive wealth management, life and medical insurance services. They are now looking for a high calibre who is strong in marketing to join their team.

According to the corporate development, overseeing and execute all marketing functions including but not limited to marketing strategy and planning, growth and performance, branding, CRM and customer experience activities. The right candidate will lead the team to involve all life insurance product and Health Ecosystem Project to match the company's business development direction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for all business units and functional areas and organize the planning of product launch and promotion activities
• Drive and plan the development and executive marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, event marketing and CRM activities
• Improve, innovate and explore new marketing channels, platforms, technology and models to capture the changing needs of customers and partners
• Maintain a solid understanding of market trends to continually upgrade customer and fulfil the customer needs of insurance products
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, all processes and procedures are completed and effective execution of the set plan within budget and aligned with the group and company strategy to drive continuous improvement

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Brand & Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in which at least 6 years in management position, preferably in Banking or insurance sector
• CFP, FLMI and other life insurance related qualifications are preferred
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to top management
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good team management and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
