Job Description

Responsibilities:

Objectives of the Role

  • Oversee and grow the marketing team, consistently identify opportunities to enhance the corporate brand image via both online and offline platforms
  • Be the key role in matching & connecting social services into a wide range of marketing & communication channels
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and customer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations

Branding

  • Analyze the corporate branding & positioning, and provide insights
  • Lead the development of the all-rounded branding strategies and plan to enhance the brand image of the organization
  • Oversee the brand image and promotional activities of special projects / centralized campaigns of the organization; and provide necessary advice the related internal parties
  • Lead the team conduct branding and digital marketing training workshops to the internal departments & units

 Digital Marketing

  • Strategize and execute digital marketing tactics to enhance the reach and engagement of BGCA social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Lead the team to implement digital marketing activities which cover website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, content development and video
  • Monitor and support on daily enquiries from all online user touch points

 Partnerships & Campaign Promotion

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to uncover insights and strategies to develop & implement marketing and branding strategies for the purpose of attracting new corporate partners for community engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, external partners and vendors to deliver marketing activities
  • Organize O2O promotional activities to generate traffic, and drive the performance of programmes / services; and enhance brand awareness
  • Monitor campaign responses and prepare the program result tracking
  • Prepare regular reports for management review, and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Management/ Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years marketing experience with proven capabilities of being strategic and creative in handling marketing campaigns, of which 3 years’ in managerial / supervisory level
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, GDN and digital analysis
  • Good communication skills and analytical mind
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Good understanding on social services
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Mac OS
  • Experience of working in advertising, brand strategy, or digital marketing agency is definitely a plus
