Job Description
Responsibilities

- Perform administration tasks for the leasing portfolio including the compilation of regular reports, input and checking of the Tenancy Management System, filing and stamping of documents, support for portfolio auditing and budgeting, and etc.
- Perform administration tasks to support the sale and marketing of development projects including preparation of presentation materials, circulation and arrangement of document deliveries, and etc.
- Provide full range secretarial support to the Sales & Marketing Team including set up meetings, taking minutes, room and car bookings, arrange payments, and etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experiences
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Fluent in Putonghua
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal skills, attentive to details
