Project Coordinator serves as the focal point between viction:ary and creative makers and freelancers worldwide on the company's in-house or client projects. Working closely with editorial and design teams, the role will involve managing the delivery of high quality reference books and commissioned work timelines. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing design projects / contributors from worldwide for in-house publications

• Ensure solid progress in copyright clearance and material procurement for publication 

• Liaise with designers, visual artists and agencies worldwide for project contribution and collaborations

• Check and coordinate timescales and resources for publication

• Write effective project brief, invitations and run content for victionary's social media platforms

Requirements / Qualifications:

 • Degree holder with a minimum of three years' of experience in publishing, media, project management or client service, preferably in design-related businesses

• Keen interest in graphic design and developing a career in book publishing

• Excellent organisational and communication skills to articulate instructions and establish performance criteria in clarity and with elegance, verbal and written, in both Cantonese/Chinese and English, internally to management and externally to creative individuals at an international level

• Proficiency in a third language is desirable

• Resourceful problem-solving skills, with good judgement and awareness of international design and publishing trends

• Responsible team player who can also work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
