Responsibilities:

• Project management including budget preparation, scheduling, monitoring and control, and documentation;

• Co-ordinations between different departments and stakeholders;
• Provide engineering support for the design, enhancement and modification of television broadcast facilities including production, post-production, transmission and satellite reception;
• Evaluate and integrate new equipment/applications into the existing systems;
• Develop systems diagnostics tools and workflow enhancement interfaces.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Television Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent;

• At least 10 years' experience in handling broadcast engineering projects in the TV broadcasting/multimedia environment;
• Sound knowledge of digital broadcast systems technologies;
• Experience in broadcast systems design, budget preparation and project management;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio and MS Project; 
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and documentation skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST.
• Experience with Linux OS (command/script) and programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, Python is a plus;
• Experience in setup Media over IP networks (e.g. SMPTE2110, AES67) is a plus.
