• Report to account servicing lead;
• Maintain a deep understanding of your clients’ business, potential, marketing plan, consumer journey, and overall industry;
• Oversee projects on daily basis and ensure that campaigns are delivered effectively;
• Actively engage with senior clients to identify business opportunities and grow the account;
• Partner with creative teams, provide strategic direction for creative idea development, and collaborate for the best outcome, especially in business pitches;
• New business development;
• Drive new business pitches independently or assist account servicing lead to deliver winning proposals;
• Assist account servicing lead to deliver winning proposals;
• Manage project P&L and monthly revenue delivery of key accounts.

Requirements:

• Detail-minded and organised;
• Minimum 3 years or above experience in account servicing and digital marketing with a solid background in local and or international advertising and marketing agencies;
• Proficient in planning and managing brand / digital / social marketing campaigns;
• Knowledge in digital and social media related tools (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Page Manager, Google Analytics, Google Trends, etc) is a plus;
• Passionate about emerging technology and innovations, advertising, and digital marketing trends;
• Excellent written and oral English and Traditional Chinese;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
