The South China Media Group of titles namely JESSICA, MARIE CLAIRE and CAPITAL is looking for seasoned Account Directors to manage and help develop a range of clients.

You will be the client's main point of contact and you will be responsible for managing all the incoming enquiries and filtering them out to the wider content creation team for response. Also ensuring the client has everything they need such as responses on timings, costings and status updates. You will be working with a talented range of Editors, Producers and Designers to close deals.

DAILY DUTIES

• Arranging and attending meetings, distributing invites and taking notes.
• Daily liaising with clients to understand their requirements.
• Reviewing all work that goes across to the client to ensure quality 
• Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Creating and updating trackers and status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure we dont go over budget. 
• Researching and distributing client activity across the press and insight that helps the team stay ahead of the market
• Administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organised
• General account admin such as PO raising, emails, calendars, reports,
• Internal reports on profit and loss of deals and projects

Requirements

• A pro-active approach to creative projects and workflows
• Great team player - collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to making a success of this role. 
• The ability to generate results to drive forward planning for your client.
• Ability to work under pressure 
• A personable and professional character that will allow you to build rapport with everyone you deal with
• Used to dealing with clients and able to confidently manage their requests on a timely basis. 
• Those with lesser experience will be considered the Account Manager role.
