About this opportunity

This position is responsible to provide customers the best clinical support that is mainly for handling clinical-related issues, internal and external for Invisalign Hong Kong Limited. Your responsibilities will cover three focus categories but may not be limited to

1. Provide Clinical Support to assist customers on review potential cases, review ClinCheck plan, and go through troubleshooting to finalize the case/treatment.
2. Provide training to internal & external and/or speaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company
3. Provide support on Clinical Education Event activities

In this role, you will…

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.
• Investigating and Analyzing of Clinical-related customer inquiries; ClinCheck review and Complaints.
• Provide Clinical Training on New clinical innovation or product update to customers and internal team such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all areas
• Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & development
• Participate in assigned clinical projects to support
• Working with clinical lead on speaker agreement and contracts
• Support Clinical education activities, Live and Online events.
• Coordinating with clinical speaker
• Presenting clinical content
• On booth clinical support activities

Additional responsibilities:

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor degree of dentistry/dental technician/Oral Healthcare/Treatment Coordinator in dental clinic
• Fluent in English/Cantonese
