Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Company in a medical devices team.
Responsibilities
- Report to Regulatory Affairs Manager. Work closely with Regional/Global Regulatory team for regulatory tasks including products registrations, tender submissions, data update to system and related tracker folders
- Assist in regulatory projects, tender submissions, processes and activities
- Manage administrative document reviews
- Follow-up of regulatory tasks, actions and internal training records
- Compile and prepare document packages for regulatory
- Keep good filing for the submission’s details and license
- Keep checking the license validity and support for the renewals
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology or related subjects
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Mature, proactive and self-motivated
