Requirement

• Higher Diploma holder or above.
• Work experience in customer service and clerical support is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good organization and coordination skills and team work spirit
• Willing to Work in Sunday and Public Holiday
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in healthcare/clinic/hospital setting preferable

Duties

• Perform general reception, clerical and administrative duties
• Handling prospective client’s call, replying digital and email enquiry and booking..
• Enhance patient’s experience through effective and timely coordination and communication between patient, visitor, VIPs and involved departments
• Guiding patients throughout the whole physical check journey.
• Assist Coordinator in taking care of Wellness Service and activities
• Addressing patient’s concern and complaint in the first hand.
• Assist in customer service related survey and audit and other ad-hoc assignments
