About the Client

Our client is a US listed biotechnology manufacturer, known for manufacturing advance technologies for hospitals and labs worldwide. They have an aggressive business expansion plan in Asia Pacific, and they are now inviting Field Service Engineer to join their Hong Kong team.

About the Role

• Provide on-site or remote service support, installation, repair and maintenance, and trouble-shooting in assigned territories
• Develop good relationship with clients by providing them technical support when needed
• Handle ad hoc tasks when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or relevant
• At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience in the biotechnology field is highly preferred
• Computer knowledge and basic programming skills is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, hard-working and self-motivated
