Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare & handle purchase orders. Liaise with overseas suppliers and forwarders.
• Handle full set I/E document, Tradelink declaration and delivery coordination
• Deal with day to day logistic and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage and claims
• Responsible for inventory control, stock replenishment and forecast
• Provide timely support in the areas of logistics, warehousing and inventory control
• Prepare reports and ad-hoc administrative work

• At least 2 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with experience in supervisory level and warehouse experience is preferable
• Experience in warehouse management would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Advanced skills of MS office. Proficient computer literature and ERP system
• Mature, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Strong communication skill and able to work independent
