• Devise strategies and product mix planning for concession items
• Source for new concession and F&B products and new suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial terms and promotion mechanics
• Manage and execute logistics for entire process from placing order, delivery, stock storage and control to avoid wastage
• Review and revise concession menu periodically and be able to introduce festive promotions
• Setup and manage F&B initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and operation team to devise and execute marketing promotions and events to maximize sales return
• Organize special and themed events with suppliers participation
• Maintain proper sales and inventory reports and analyze sales results periodically
• Develop KPI and sales incentives to incentivize frontline staff
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
• At least 3 year’s related experience in Concession / F&B industry
• Experience in cinema operations is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Excel Word, PowerPoint
