• Build, implement and control a solid “Fact based costing” platform and SOP
• Lead and support cost saving projects includes YY, SAM, Art Matrix, Methods of Improvement, Operation Analysis, Re-Engineering, Eliminating NVA, increasing levels of efficiency and optimizing capacity / production planning
• Perform deep dive cost analysis and validate FOB cost details
• Work with cross functional teams to support negotiation with vendor during costing exercise
• Provide cost analysis findings to improve cost and meet target

Job Requirement

• At least 8 years’ Costing Engineer experience mainly in apparel / textile field with buying office / MNC exposure
• Diploma or above, preferable in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing system, six sigma is an advantage
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
