Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, the incumbent will assist in the development and implementation of overall merchandising and inventory management strategies for the Park’s retail business. S/he will monitor and manage inventory levels and profit margins based on established goals. Providing technical and QA advices during new product development to suppliers and merchandising team S/he will also assist in product sourcing, development and evaluation. In addition, s/he will require to handle price negotiation with suppliers, purchase order tracking and product quality inspections.

Requirement

• Degree and Advanced Diploma or above in merchandising or related field
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in Merchandising or Sales Area, in Gift and Premium, Toys, Plush , Stationery, Household, Accessories etc.
• Knowledge of Toys and Sundries International Safety Standard/ Requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Travel to China for inspection is required
