Job Description

Responsibilities:

Retail Merchandising
  • Support Planning team on working out business plan, sales forecast, and OTB for Women’s categories in relation to company’s objective at least twice a year (1st half and 2nd half) in order to provide a meaningful buy budget for spring/summer & autumn/winter collection.
  • Prepare seasonal buy and carryover forecast for individual store in Hong Kong.
  • Determine product selection and category mix with balance between commerciality, sales potential and brand image.
  • Develop and own regional merchandising, respect regional and global product direction.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and analysis.
  • Manage stock movement, monitor delivery and allocate merchandise according to current sales trend of men’s category with action plan to maximize the effectiveness of the collection.
  • Communicate with Global Merchandising team regularly on regional performance, market status, store activities updates, stock requests.
  • Work out Markdown list for HK stores with consideration of current performance in line with budget planning.
  • Pay regular store visit in Hong Kong to observe customer shopping behavior and meet with Store-in-charge for business updates.
  • Support HQ DMMs and Shanghai Training team the preparation of product training content and conduct seasonal training for all retail staff in Hong Kong with follow up coaching
  • Liaise with Retail Department on market input submission twice a year.
  • Research on market information, work out competitor benchmarking analysis/price comparison as well as competitor activities such as markdown sale strategy and sales promotion activities.
  • Facilitate and promote communications and cooperation between, Retail Operation, Finance, Human Resource, CRM, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to accomplish sales/margin objectives.
  • Merchandising support for all sales activities in stores such as trunk show, cocktail, store opening event…etc.
 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with 3 to 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Independent, well-organized, responsible and flexible team player with strong “can do” attitude
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of luxury retail is advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
