Responsibilities

• Allocation Management
  • Maintain and update the available production allocation for monthly ordering on responsible models
  • Work closely with the dealer on monthly order submission
  • Maintain and work closely with HQ & dealer on the quotas of all available equipment / options on responsible models
• Masterdata Management
  • Create and maintain the masterdata of responsible car models with individual set of data for each market (HK & Macau)
  • Carry out monthly update on all technical / code changes for all master data
  • Create and maintain the pricing info & coding of dependencies in SAP from masterdata with individual set of data for each market (HK & Macau) to facilitate the ordering process
  • Cater direct sales of new and used car
  • Preparation of invoicing for each model
• Order Management
  • Process the order forms received from the dealer in GO
  • Carry out any change request on existing stock orders from the dealer
  • Closely monitor the availability of equipment / option of ordered models and follow up with responsible parties accordingly
  • Closely monitor the production status of all orders and follow up with delay / shortages and other requests from the dealer & customers
  • Responsible for shipment related process (e.g. prioritization / checking etc…) 
• Ordering Management Projects
• Contribution on the Masterdata sync and other ordering related projects

Requirements

• University graduate preferred (any discipline) but not a must
• Experience in supply chain or logistic preferred
• Knowledge and experience of using SAP and excel
• Detail minded, accurate and systematic worker
• Extremely proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work under time pressure and to strict deadlines
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Senior Executive"
