Summary of the Job:

•  Oversees the sourcing and production mainly of Woven & Denim category.
•  Direct report to the Vice President Merchandising.
•  Ensures orders are fulfilled per customer’s need and margin expectation.
•  Establish strategic business development to maximize the contribution of the division.
•  Has good fashion sense and able to identify business growth opportunities.
•  Accountable for the profit and loss of the own business area.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance to established quality standards of  the company and those of the customers
• Work with direct reports to build and maintain the annual budget to ensure optimization of   group profit

  Requirements:

1. 15 years of merchandising / production experience in fashion apparel
2. A bachelor’s degree or higher
3. Good tracking record in sales development
4. Strong management skills and analytical ability
5. Excellent communication skills,  high level integrity and self motivated
6. Good team player and Good team leader
7. Outstanding interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and staff members
