Job Description
- HK admitted solicitor
- Holder of LL.B degree and Post Graduate Certificate in Laws
- 2 to 5 years’ post qualification experience preferably in commercial property work
- To assist in handling legal matters of the group in particular preparation of tenancy agreements, property management matters, review of commercial and construction contracts, litigation matters and general legal work
- Good analytical skills and commercial sense
- Proficient in MS Word
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
