Job Description
Our client, a top tier Hong Kong Legal Chambers is looking for a Legal Secretary to support a Senior Counsel in their officer in Central.
Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare court statements and forms
- Dictate Lawyers’ audio files and written notes if is required
- Manage records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents
- Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders
- Collect and deliver documents
- Manage diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers
- Support legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff
- Diploma holders in any disciplines; with Bachelor Degree is a plus
- At least 2 years secretarial experience in legal chambers, with law firms experience is considerable
- Familiar with managing physical and e-bundles
- Able to do Chinese typing with good skills in MS Office applications
- Fluent English and Mandarin is highly recommended
