Responsibilities:-

• Providing secretarial & administrative support to solicitors & the team in handling mainly corporate/commercial, company secretarial & conveyancing matters/files, handling legal documents & correspondences
• Assist to handle incorporation of HK & BVI companies, maintain statutory & secretarial records
• Assist in projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• F6/F5 or above
• Solid secretarial experience in law firm, or experience in dealing with company secretarial matters preferred
• Diploma/Certificate holder in company secretarial discipline, and knowledge of CSA software is an advantage but not a must
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & basic Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel & Chi. word processing
• Good team player with good interpersonal & communications skills
• Responsible, meticulous, well organized & a good team player
