The Person: 

The successful appointee should be an effective and detail-minded person who is able to set up and monitor a wide range of HR activities for Mioggi.Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant. 

Job Duties:

• Assist in full-spectrum of human resources duties such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll and HR systems maintenance & updating;
• Reviewing and processing all categories of company insurances;
• Other Ad hoc projects.

 Qualifications & Working Experiences:

• Diploma in Human Resources Mgt, Business Studies or related major;
• Minimum 3 year hands-on experiences in HR, duties in retail industry is preferred;
• Well versed with HK Employment and related ordinance;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
• Proficiency in using MS Word; Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Able to work with tight schedule and under pressure;
• A good team player;
• Available immediately is preferable.
