We are now seeking a full-time Senior Manager - Compliance to join our team.  

What you'll do is to......

• Manage a team to conduct the audits and evaluations in the factories to ensure in compliance with the corporate policies and procedures.

• Monitor and ensure appropriate execution of the social compliance standards in the areas of local labor standards, human rights, health & work safety, and environmental protection, etc.   

• Assist in overseeing and providing support to quality issues during product development & production process.

• Communicate effectively with different business units, suppliers and third party business partners; manage inquiries, incidents investigation, complaint follow-up and root cause analysis to ensure problems can be timely solved.

• Ensure needed documentation is provided by all parties, and customers’ quality and delivery expectations are achieved in accordance with specified timelines.

• Provide directive guidelines in conducting on-site audit on critical suppliers and assess new potential suppliers.

• Lead continuous improvement by control of corrective actions and prevention.

• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor. 

You will thrive in the role if you ……

• Degree holder in garment or textile related discipline

• 10 years or above solid experiences in the field of quality management, compliance and sustainability in sizeable garment trading company, experience in sweater is a plus

• Familiar with US, UK and European Compliance laws will be ideal

• Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills

• Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin is essential 

• Occasional travel is required
