Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the group subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions;
Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory filing and reporting matters, including
compliance with the Companies Ordinance and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
Assist in handling bank matters including the opening, maintenance and the due diligence matters of bank accounts;
Liaise with internal and external parties for company secretarial matters;
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in business, corporate administration or related disciplines
HKCGI associateship
6 - 8 years’ related working experience, preferably relevant in-house experience
Knowledge in CSA Expert is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, self-motivated, strong communication skills and able to multi-task
Proficiency in MS word and Excel
