Job Description

Responsibilities :

Prepare, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements
Conduct research on legal, regulatory and licensing issues and requirements
Co-ordinate with external lawyers on commercial and litigation matters
Develop and advise on corporate policies, practices and procedures
Maintain documents record
Handle projects and advising business units

Requirements :

Degree holder or above in Law or related disciplines
5 years of relevant working experience, preference in manufacturing environment
Solid experience in handling projects and advising business units independently
Established track record or skills to draft and review commercial documents
Good track record in administration
Ability to multi-task and handle long-term and/or complex legal projects with significant financial or other business impact
Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, mature, independent & good interpersonal skill
