Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and manage commercial contracts and legal documents;
• Communicate and negotiate contract provisions with customers and business partners;
• Work with outsourced lawyers as needed in the work process;
• Prepare materials for and arrange internal legal training

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Study of Law or related discipline;
• With Company Secretarial related education and knowledge will be  advantage;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, high-tech or construction industries;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, knowledge in other languages will be an advantage;
• Detail minded, mature, pleasant and a good team player;
• Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
