Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Implement leasing & marketing strategy for the Company portfolio to achieve Company’s business target.
- Explore new prospects through business connections and cold calls to maximize rental returns for the Company’s portfolio.
- Undertake leasing negotiation for new lease and tenancy renewal issues to build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assist in building strategic business plans.
- Liaise with other Departments in respect of handover, fitting-out and repair work of property.
- Prepare leasing documents and compile reports.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in leasing of retail properties, preferably in shopping mall.
- Relevant experience gained from property developers is preferred.
- Holder of EAA License is preferred.
- Good relationship with potential clients / tenants.
- Proactive with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred
