Job Description
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- 3 years' relevant experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong
- Relevant experience with major developers an advantage
- To assist in implementing leasing strategies, tenants liaison and tenancy administration of office properties in Hong Kong
- To conduct market research
- Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
