We are looking for a talent to:

• Assist in managing the operation of office, retail and residential properties and handling of compliance items
• Coordinate the renovation works with other departments and Building Manager
• Supervise the property management agencies to perform company's goal and achievements
• Participate in meetings with owners’ organization and coordinate management and maintenance works
• Assist in urgent and emergency handling

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above Property Management, Housing Management or Facilities Management
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or property management companies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and willing to meet challenges
• Immediately available is preferred
