We are looking for a talent to:

• Handle leasing activities and negotiation for residential & industrial properties independently
• Formulate leasing strategies & plans and ensure smooth execution
• Manage and ensure operation effectiveness including new letting, renewals, tenancy administration, direct marketing, renovation/reinstatement works, etc.
• Prepare marketing collateral for leasing and sales activities
• Conduct market research, inspection and analysis in order to formulate effective strategies and plans
• Cultivate and maintain good relationship with tenants and agents

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers
• With experience in sales of residential property would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
