Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement lease renewal, assigned new letting tasks, tenant liaison and provision of quality tenant services
- Formulate and execute strategies to maximize rental and profits
- Formulate annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies
- Handle leasing documentations, takeover and handover of premises
- Formulate and manage operation procedures, policies and guidelines
- Coordinate renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
- Conduct periodic market research and analyses
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration or related discipline
- 5-8 years retail, commercial and residential leasing and property management experience
- Strong leadership, analytical and marketing skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong market sense
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
