Our client is a leading property developer in Hong Kong and is listed on the stock exchange. They have numerous grade A retail/commercial properties located in both Hong Kong and China. As a result of their expanding real estate portfolio, they are actively looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team and work on high end retail projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leasing of the HK retail portfolio for a major Hong Kong developer.
• Be part of a vibrant and proactive leasing team to work on new letting, tenant renewals, co-ordination of takeover/handover of premises, marketing, market research, tenants’ liaison, fitting-out/renovation works and rates administration.
• Promotion of the shopping mall and acquisition of internationally branded tenants through networking functions and business contacts.
• Implement leasing strategy, policy and procedures for management’s consideration.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in real estate or, business/marketing related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years experience in retail leasing with previous experience within other property developers a plus.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of retail leasing practices such as turnover rent and promotional activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound analytical mind.
