Responsibilities:

• Provision of quality tenant services and day-to-day property management of our prime retail premises
• Responsible for tenant liaison, tenancy administration support, coordination of takeover/ handover of premises, fitting-out works, complaints handling and rates administration
• Assist to supervise security and cleaning contractors, monitor carpark systems operation as well as procurement of mall supplies/ services

Requirements:

• University graduates in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in managing prestigious shopping malls
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with pre-fitting out preparatory works an added advantage
